3D Printing: Product Development & Fabrication
Invent a product, then watch it take shape on a 3D printer! Campers will start with a name keychain before tackling products such as a fishing lure and trying ideas of their own. Using design software and Codeblocks, they’ll find, change, and redesign 3D models. They’ll prepare files for printing and refine designs after testing as they turn digital models into physical products. Does that part need to be bigger? Would a different shape work better? Bring a snack and drink for class breaks, plus a USB drive on the last day to save your projects.
