We will be building spectacular Lego Mindstorm robot projects powered by Java. Students will learn fundamental programming concepts including navigation, behavior-based robotics, and more. Working in small teams, students will learn how to use gears, beams, motors, sensors, and programming blocks to create sophisticated robots that can avoid obstacles and even demonstrate autonomous behavior. Build exciting projects that include the use of Bluetooth, navigation, and integration with new devices such as tablets and game controllers. Please bring a drink & snack daily.
