Trimble (Google) 3D SketchUp

If you can dream it, you can build it in 3D! Students will be working on their own computers. Model anything you can imagine. Redecorate your room. Invent a new piece of furniture. There's no limit to what you can create with SketchUp. Students will learn to use Trimble/Google SketchUp to build amazing 3D models such as: mansions and castles, race tracks, cities, skate parks or spaceships. Get inside your model or animate it, to give your family & friends a virtual tour. Google SketchUp is an intuitive, yet very robust 3D modeling software application that is both educational and a lot of fun to create and experiment with. Students will work through building tutorials and then in the end create their own Models.
